Christmas, a time for giving!

This month we will be supporting two very worthy charities, including Save the Children and West Berkshire Food Bank.

On Friday 10th December the entire Benincà UK team will be digging out their best Christmas jumpers and wearing them in aid of Save the Children. This is the same day we are inviting all our trade customers to join us for some Christmas cheer, so please do drop by from 2 pm onwards.

We will have the prosecco flowing and plenty of panettone cake for all, so please do join us if you are free.

We are aware Christmas can be a very challenging time for many families and so we will be also supporting the West Berkshire Food Back for our second year in a row. It’s so important to give back to the local community, with this particular scheme estimated to help feed over 1,600 people in December, we know our donations will be gratefully received.

Christmas Opening Hours

In the run-up to Christmas, we would like to make customers aware of our opening hours over the festive period.

Please be aware we will be closing for the Christmas period on Thursday 23rd December 2021 and reopening our offices on Tuesday 4th January 2022 at 8.30am.

Important – Last Dispatch Date

We will not be dispatching any orders on Thursday 23rd December 2021 but our phone lines (technical support) will remain open from 8:30am to 5pm.

The last day for dispatch will be Wednesday 22nd December, with an order cut off at 2.30pm. These orders will be booked on a standard next day service, with delivery the following day up to 5.30pm.

Huge Savings on Procon Loop Detectors

Designed for parking and access control applications, Procon loop detectors are a cost-effective solution for detecting vehicles in order to facilitate the automatic opening of security gates

Focusing on the MD102, this magnetic resistive probe can be used to measure the earth’s magnetic field. Any change in the magnetic field due to the presence of a vehicle will be detected resulting in a signal output. The probe can measure the magnetic field in 3 axis, namely the X, Y, and Z axis. Each axis can be individually enabled to optimise vehicle detection. Normally all 3 axis would be enabled.

The MD102 probe can either be buried underneath the road surface with minimal road works, run alongside the vehicle or can be mounted above the ground next to the passage of the vehicle.
